Write me python scripts I can run to control Spotify using Spotipy (python for Spotify Web API) library

I am not a programmer so please excuse my lack of technical understanding when we chat, but I need some python scripts that I can insert in a program for MacOS (bettertouchtool) that accepts python script to operate spotify quickly with keyboard and mouse shortcuts.
I believe this can be done with Spotipy library

It contains all the relevant information, please read, I cannot understand it but hopefully you can.
1 script at a time, I pay milestones for each when they work properly.
First I need delete current playing track from current playlist.
Then add current playing track to specified playlist.
Then maybe more automation scripts later if I need them but that's seperate project.
I will pay for each script individually when they work properly. I only have MacOS but I have program installed called CodeRunner that I think can test python scripts.
There may be problem with quote marks in songs, but I may be able to assist because I have encountered and received help for similar problem with a script that worked so I have sample script to look at.
