I am looking for a programmer to create a program that will monitor a specific webpage for changes and alert me when there are a specific updates
Specific Requirements:
- The program should be able to monitor both content and layout changes on the webpage.
- I will provide the URL of the webpage at a later time.
- I would like to be alerted of changes through both email and mobile notifications.
