Create Transform Log Data to CSV and Dashboard Visualization

We have an ecommerce website. And we have a quite multiple payment method such as:

Credit card

Virtual account (temporary accounts that are used to transact on behalf of a real physical account)

E-wallet

etc

Sometimes problem occurred like this:

Customer checked out (with payment method virtual account) and arrived at the thank you page.

Usually a virtual account number will be displayed at the thank you page. But in certain times, error happened and customers didn’t get virtual account number.

We have many kind of VA based of bank, for example:

VA Bank Central Asia

VA Bank Rakyat Indonesia

Etc

The purpose of visualization here is, to know, which Virtual Account is the most frequent failure, so we can turn off that VA.

We expect a gauge type dashboard of each VA with a threshold.

To get the idea, you can see a car RPM dashboard. If RPM is more than 7000, it will turn red.

We expect the same, if a failure more than x percent, then it will turn red, so we will notify the different.
