Python + ReactJS developer needed for a small project

I am looking for a Python + ReactJS developer to complete the front-end development of a small project.
Requirements:
- Experience in frontend development using ReactJS
- Proficiency in Python programming with fastAPI
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
The project:
There will be one admin who will upload some customer's data in JSON format & for every customer, there needs to be one QR code generated with unique 8 digit ID.
The admin can search & change the details of a customer.
By default every customer data will have state: false.
When the QR code is scanned, the person will be redirected to a website where the details uploaded by the admin will be shown. In that page there will be some links like: Parking issue, Report accident, Not locked, Threat for vehicle & Tow away.
By clicking these links a whatsapp message will be sent to the customer's number. We will provide the whatsapp api.
