Plone Skin for Charity

We need a plone skin design. We have an idea of exactly what it is we need in terms of layout and so on. We are looking for someone who has got experience with plone design who will find this an easy piece of work or someone who has a little bit experience with plone and has done some work with it before and is looking to build their design portfolio. We will be setting things up over the next month and aim to have everything up and live by the middle of April. We have a color scheme already and really know exactly what we want in terms of look and functionability.

The website for the charity already exists but is being switched over to plone, hence we need a plone skin for the site. We need a really reasonable rate and it is not too much work for someone who knows what they are doing, so would appreciate if bids do not go beyond $500.
