We are looking for someone to create a web based solution to enable business owners to upload or drag and drop documents to their online account. Once uploaded this will generate a message to the website admin. The admin can then action these documents and add comments. When comments are added a message is sent back to the account owner. Each document can be flagged with different levels of completion. So the levels might be - lodged, in progress or completed.
The account owners would be on a subscription so we would need to have a monthly billing option to enable automatic credit card billing via stripe or similar.
We are looking for someone that can give us some direction on the best way to complete this project. It must be cloud based and very simple to use whilst looking stylist at the same time.
