I would like to develope a barge schedule on a three point turnaround barge project that ties into a rail line.

The rail Line delivers x tons every y number of days, the barge has a capacity of z tons, takes m number of hours to transit between points.

Given the above, I would like to work out a delivery schedule for tons to the three points on the lake.

It's essentially working out the multimodal solution of a transport system.
