WordPress Plug-in Maintenance

I’m looking for a developer that can add a few enhancements to a wordpress plugin. The plugin allows users to fill in information on a flyer template. Once the information is filled in the user will be able to purchase the flyer using woocommerce.
A couple of the enhancements are changing some wording and when the user purchases a flyer, keeping the history of the flyers. The previous freelancer created the plugin using php, javascript and JQuery so you will need to know those skills well.
I had a previous freelancer create the plugin, but their ongoing maintenance service is very poor. I’m looking for a freelancer that will respond in a timely manner and able stand behind the enchantments they make. If you can perform good work I will use you to maintain the plugin and on other projects as well.
