I have paid for a new theme but the new theme and my current site aren't cooperating.
Specifically when I try to use the UX Builder, Theme Options or the Customize link it results in a 404 Page Load Error. This occurs in different areas of the site, happens inconsistently and is making it very difficult to work on the site.
My host has ensured me that it is not a memory limit as my memory is set to 256mb. I am currently in talks with the Theme's Support team and we are going through a very slow trouble shoot process.
