3 wp sites have 1 db and we facing 4 issues -- must start work now

three WordPress websites using one database with Simple Membership. Things are working relatively well but not perfectly, and they need to be perfect ASAP.
1. I want all users to be able to login to any of the sites, and that should log them in to the other sites seamlessly, so that they can go back and forth as if they were on one site.
2. I have a redirect on logout of one site (chat rooms) that goes a page on the main site. The redirect works fine, but the user does not get logged out. (holding cookie?)
3. The Chat Room site will not accept Simple Membership Levels. Therefore I cannot import my Members. All Users are there, but no Simple Membership Members. The Main Site and the Forums site have accepted Levels and Members. The Chat site is the only one with that problem.
4. Currently when a member unsubscribes I have to manually delete them as User, and Member, and WPMU eNewletter Member from each of the sites. I want to be able to delete on the main site, and that should remove the User / Member from all sites, since they are sharing the same database.
Since I will soon be adding a fourth site, I will need documentation of everything that has been done, so that I can carry it to the next site.
