A simple, basic, zero complex billing module. To be done using WAMP layer. May load & unload the layer. When loaded, Apache loads as HTTP server, PHP modules loads, tiny MySQL started and access will be using only browser. When unloaded, everything goes to disk. No Apache, no MySQL, no PHP, nothing.
