Shopify product export and conversion tracking plugin

We would like to commission a job to build a plugin/module/extension for Shopify that has 2 purposes:
1. Extract all products or a subset of products via the CMS admin menus with the output either as XML and/or CSV. We require that each output has the following column names: Product name, description, brand, product ID/SKU, deeplink, image URL, price, category, in stock. We will provide further documentation relating to other required fields.
2. We require a separate admin menu item that allows us to customise a code snippet that is required to be placed on the order confirmation/thank you page. Please see code in the attached documentation for more information on this. This is very similar to setting up an advanced Google Analytics tag.
You are required to provide a test platform/environment as well.
