I need to fix a small bug on a website, this problem only happens when visiting on a mobile device.

When you visit on a mobile device and switch the screen to horizontal, it is not scroll-able. I need the site to be able scroll in both mobile positions (vertical and horizontal)
Note: It doesn't show on emulators online, but the bug does happen on real life phones... (Tested with IPhone and Samsung Galaxy)
Delivery time and price will be taken in consideration. I need to fix this right away.
