Regularly Scrape Two Websites and Load to BiqQuery

I need a script that can scrape websites every night. The script must leverage a proxy network so it doesn't get blocked (I will pay for that separately but need your recommendation). The script must be able to enter data into each website so the pages dynamically populate. The script should load the scraped data into Google BigQuery.
I must be able to installed the script on my own servers and fully own the script.
