Hi,

I need a small public broadcast system built similar to the one they have at [url removed, login to view] but with some small variations (see attached txt file). I need the dirty coding made but you don't have to worry too much about the design as I will fix this later...

Very limited budget at around $20-$30 and I would want it within 1-2 days tops... Seems like a fairly simple gig to me no? If you think it needs more money in the budget, well don't bother, I will learn to do it myself. Just thought I should see if there was an easy way out of it. *ha*
