PHP Team Needed for Urgent Project

Our project is urgently seeking a dedicated PHP team who can be available 7 days a week for a short term project. Since we are in a rush, we didn't clarify our exact requirements with regards to specific PHP skills. Therefore, a team with comprehensive PHP knowledge would be best.
I require a PHP developer to create a straightforward form for my project. The main purpose of this form is to send custom data input by users to an external API. This data does contain sensitive user information, hence, it's necessary to install any robust security measures. However, the form should function smoothly without any data leakage.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Thorough PHP knowledge with a knack for creating simple and efficient forms
- Experience with data transmission to external APIs
- Strong understanding of user data management and protection. Though hard-core security measures are not needed, fundamental safeguards shouldn’t be overlooked
Enhanced expertise in the following would be preferential:
- Debugging
- API integration
- Custom form creation

You are required to create a Report Generation Tab and Form Fields to Gather Inputs from the user using a combination of text fields or favorite regularly used configurations
Sending the Data to the API
Generating Similar Responses like pdf,csv,txt,excel format as per user choices
