[PHP] Need help with array tariffs! Experienced web dev needed

I got a page on my website where my customers can purchase subscription plans from me.
On that page I got 3 pricing tables, where each one of them is different. I need someone who can duplicate those 3 tables and add them below the other 3 tables.
Here is an overview of how I'm currently doing my arrays:
0=>Array('title'=>'Try it!', 'class_head'=>'', 'items'=>Array()),
1=>Array('title'=>'Love it?', 'class_head'=>'two', 'items'=>Array()),
