PHP & Google Workspace Email Module

I am looking for a skilled PHP developer who will create an email module for my domain using Google Workspace. The main purpose of the module is to send emails from my domain.
Key requirements:
- Ability to send emails directly from my domain using PHP
- Option for attaching files to those emails
- Option to fill out the subject, body, sender mail and destination mail using variables
The code must be native PHP
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in PHP
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and how to integrate it with PHP
