I want to build a vendor Module so the admin can do :
- Vendors profile (CRUD) (Name, Email, Phone Number, Website, address (Address, State, City, Country), Groups, Notes, Files, Picture, Position, active/not active)
- Vendors contacts (CRUD) (Name ,Email, Mobile Number, Picture ,Position ,active/not active)
- Vendors purchase order (CRUD) (purchase order ID, Date, Currency, Status, Reference #, admin Notes, Discount Type, Vendor Notes, Terms & Conditions, Item list (Item name, Description, QTY, Rate, Tax, amount ) Sub Total, Discount, Adjustment, Total, attachment file, Tags, Recurring purchase order)
- Vendors payments (CRUD) (Amount paid, Transaction ID, Payment Date, admin note, Payment Mode, list of payment sent based on the PO, record expense)
- Integrate the Vendor (profile, purchase order) with expense module (Profile list, PO List, Vendor Payment )
- Vendor dashboard (Due payments, Purchase orders Amounts, Done Payment )
- Vendor Account Statement (Period , Print ,PDF ,Email ,account statement details)
- Integrated with custom fields Module
- Vendors Module Variable Settings
- Vendors report
- Activity log
- Permissions (View(Global),View (Own),Create,Edit,Delete)
