I need someone to prepare my new website template using T3.

The template should be applied on the whole website (homepage, inner pages, modules, etc.).

The template should be responsive (main screen resolutions + ipad + iphone + samsung galaxy + samsung tablets + etc.. etc.,.).

Once done milestone will be release after 1 week so that I have time to check that everything is working perfectly with the template.
