Need CSS expert to fix few responsive site issues

I need someone to fix some issues.
This website is appearing good on few mobiles and on few it's text goes crazy here and there. Also, on few mobiles user having issues clicking on few links buttons etc.
I need someone to fix it all and site should appear good on all mobiles including desktop whatever mobile it is and whatever resolution it is. We installed inspectlet also on our site to record user experience. It shows browser version , resolution etc and recording of session that might help you but you can use whatever you wanna use to fix it. I just want it to work good and smooth on all mobiles and desktop.
Above mentioned is our main site in English. We also have a Hindi version here : [login to view URL]
Kindly tell me cost and time frame to fix both sites and all pages of these sites.
Attached is one example of issues.
We would like to hire someone on hourly basis as i have multiple sites on which i need this kind of expertise.
