Ncurses Python CRM / Invoice

Hello folks.
I am looking for a programmer who is able to build a programm with Ncurses/Python.

I want something like a "Start-Page" where the user can choose:
1. Customers
1.1 View
1.2 Edit
1.3 Add
1.4 Delete
2. Products
2.1 View
2.2 Edit
2.3 Add
2.4 Delete
3. Invoices
3.1 View
3.2 Add
4. Settings
x.y xyz
y.z zyx
And so on....
The program has to support translations.
Main language should be english, the translation will be done by myself.
The program has to work under Linux (Debian / Ubuntu), but also Windows and Mac OS.
The source code has to be given to me.
This app has to be a local program with a database and Latex templates for quotes and invoices.
This program isn't supposed to be a web-app! So no PHP etc.
