modify wp-ecommerce and a small plugin

I am in need of someone to modify the wordpress wp-ecommerce a little. I need the categories page changed a little.
I also need a simple plugin written to allow me to add tags to users and it uses a api to send this info to another location when i do.
Forgot there is a couple small other things.
In the downloads i need to be able to put in a external link and not just upload a file
Also need to be able to add a price for the different roles.
I know this changed the budget so please bid accordingly.
