I need to display an adsense advert between posts. See attached example image.

The website is [url removed, login to view] using the Fortuna - Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme from [url removed, login to view]

This theme does not use the typical index.php. I've attached the file called [url removed, login to view] that outputs posts for the frontpage.

I need this [url removed, login to view] changed so that if can display a adsense after the 4th Post.
