We have e running community page self programmed for PHP 5.X with several categories. this community portal has also a large gallery with alot of albums since 2002. this gallery is based on a well known free gallery, but right now we would like to insert to pictures to our community page that we can have rated pics, place userbanner on the picture and add some comments.
