Hello.
My name is David Zavaleta and I am in charge of controlling serveral cellular lines for different areas in my company.
At this moment I do everything manually, since adding new lines in a excel file that shows information such as phone number, carrier, type of service, monthly cost, assigned to, manager, etc.
Then I receive monthly invoices from the service providers and I do a match on the phone number to register the cost on the month. When I have capture the monthly cost for all the lines I prepare a mailing in outlook to send a report to users and manager showing the current and historical consumption.
I would like to do this automatically and also to show in a website information such as:
1. Consumption per area
2. Top 10 for most expensive lines
3. Compare with other areas, other months and others years
4. Generate a document for assignation to be signed by the user
5. The status of the line (active, in stock, lost, cancelled, etc)
6. Grant permission to managers
