I have a small job customizing a notification aspect of Woocommerce and a Woocommerce plugin

I have a plug in that integrates with Woocommerce called Simple Auctions. It enables auctions using Woocommerce as the platform. The problem is as follows. Apparently this plugin (or Woocommerce) does not place an order with buyer information until the order is paid for. Presently the buyer only receives notice of a finished auction - with no buyer info until the buyer pays and "places" an order. But until the vendor knows who/where about the winning bidder a final price can not be determined. So, I need to have the template email of a completed auction (that is sent before payment is made) to the vendor to include the bidders email address. The developer has given me hints of how to configure the email to include this, but I don't understand the code well enough to figure it out.
