Gesture recognition on Open CV (some simple gestures needed)

Hello everyone,
I want the design and the implementationof a C, C++ or Visual Basic Application which uses a visual system to detect and recognize user gestures and connects some detected gestures to open a program and move the cursor.
I suggest use OpenCV library but you can use another if you don't know it.
I don't want some copy pasted code form internet, please.
My requirements are:
1. use the mouse buttons with gestures (left click right click roll etc)
2.a. open "subway surfers" game with a specific gesture
2.B play subway surfers game (2-3 gestures inside the game except from the mouse buttons) like in this video [login to view URL] angry birds is played.
