Looking for an alert system based on a certain movement triggered in the forex market, this will trigger a text message to notify the user.

Need you to programme software for when a currency breaks our certain indicators (EMA Line broken by currency pair) , this will then go on to send the user a notification via SMS Text message in the UK.

Software or Bot will need to web based and watching the market graph between set trading hours - this will need to run as per a set of criteria we will provide (set days, and timeframes)
