Fix Paypal IPN problems

We are using the Paid Membership Pro plugin to manage our members. And we are using Paypal as our payment gateway. The problem is when members cancel their payment or payment expires, the IPN notification from Paypal doesn't reach Paid Membership Pro. The IPN URL also shows an error ([login to view URL]).

I don't know if its a Godaddy host problem. Can someone fix it? Preferably someone who knows Paid Membership Pro and Godaddy server hosting.
