Finish Wordpress Development of Homepage

We're launching a new wordpress site based on the Divi framework ([login to view URL])
The homepage is pre-designed and we will provide the PSD and assets. The Homepage and theme is already partially developed and we will need you to finish the build to reflect the mocked-up design.
Core requirements:
• Add a Contact Us button to the header navigation
• Make header text show a white line below text on hover
• Offset the logo so that its text is in line with the navigation text
• Create a way to block highlight text (for example, green background with white text over certain words)
• Migrate a postcode checker tool from our other wordpress site to the new site
• Recreate image pods in the provided design
• Create a comparison table, linked to a tabulator. Clicking on each of the tabs will change the contents of the table. The table also needs to be easily updated so we will consider a dedicated plugin for this element.
