running ezpublish v 2.28, need to amend the permission setting by user for the Read , write , and upload permissions for the images, and trade modules, want to change to such, that for any users of a group, a individual user can create sub - category to a category that is set for the group, and have read , write and upload permissions to it's only subcategory only, the Read , write upload permissions sellection panel should not show up for each user, but is set by default to that for each user. but the user " group manger " should see the Read wite upload permissions panel to do admin for the group.
