Debugging an issue on x1 webpage

All the blocks that are supposed to display underneath the php script on the home page of my website aren't being displayed by the browser. It's done this before and I fixed it, but I can't recall how I fixed it. Am stuck. Probably as easy as pie for someone who knows php, to see what my problem is! (The guy who wrote the script for me is no longer available.)
