Customize my WP classified ads homepage layout

I want to customize my website [login to view URL], its newly installed WP classified ads theme (Classiads Pro theme) as follows:
1- The homepage layout can have space for more items, current items are too large with more info, I want the photo to be a little smaller and the details can be brought closer to each other (line spacing) eg: my other website, [login to view URL]
2- I can have the option of adding any category I like to the homepage like, Featured, Best Selling, Latest or any other category I like simply by selecting in admin area a desired category to be shown in the homepage.
3- At the end of each category on homepage, we can have "VIEW ALL" to see more items of that category.
As you can see, its a layout modification so I need a price for this work. No placeholder bids are acceptable. You are bidding for the above mentioned work. Both bidders and I waste a lot of time again by discussing more on the work to do and then they trying to give another price. YOUR BIDDING PRICE AND TIME IS FINAL HERE. No more bargains for a higher price.
In short, I want a homepage to look something like one of my other website, [login to view URL] or www.ibay.com.mv.
