Correct search problem in Wordpress Theme

I have bought the following theme:

If you search "London" "Apartments" "Sale" in the search results page the "City" gets lost.
In the homepage you can type a "State" "City" or "Area". When you submit a property the address is filled using Google Maps Api. The "State" "City" and "Area" are saved as terms in the WP Database, therefore they dont have any relations.
First of all I would like to relate the "Area" with a "City", and the "City" with a "State". Then if someone searches in the homepage by "Area" in the search results page, the dropdowns will have to show the correct values.
