Pretty much the way it looks without the forms underneath because when you click the form it will open the popup.
Attached is how the "Contact Us" form should look then we will work on the General Inquiries tab which is pretty much the same questions on the form on the current website put in to a popup similar to the one shown below.
Afterwards I will need a quote to have the landing page redesigned for these popups on this page:

as the bulky block question forms will no longer be there but this will be the landing page for our sponsored google ads so I want it to be a very nice page :).
