I need a coder to code a web page that will download and execute my program into my client computers, the web page will help disabled persons and kids that don't know a lot about installing programmes and computer science. the web page should work at least for all versions of internet explorer.
How should it work?
when visiting the download page it should auto download and execute the program inside the visitor PC without any user interacting.
