Change website page builder from WPBakery to Thrive Architect and convert pages to Thrive

I want someone to help with converting my Wordpress page builder from WP-Bakery to Thrive Architect OR Elementor. I also would like to remove WP Bakery Plugin (disable it), and convert all the current pages that use WP-Bakery to now use Thrive architect or Elementor.
NOTE: TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROJECT YOU MUST ANSWER THE QUESTION AT THE END.
1) Install Thrive Architect or Elementor and disable WP Bakery.
2) Converted pages must be responsive for mobile
3) Updating the theme or WordPress should not break the website
4) Convert the following to be Thrive Architect or Elementor Friendly.
a)Home page:

all those pages are very similar, creating one template for one works for the rest, only text and category ID changes, should count as 1-2 pages):

within the discounts page is a function that only shows certain discounts for members only, otherwise will not show the discounts.
e)Menu /Submenu: currently made using HMTL blocks shortcode, possibly needs to be recreated using "header, footer & blocks elementor plugin"

Only take on this project if you are an expert on the subject, any issues created will lead to immediate termination of the project. The website is not currently live to public so work can be completed directly on it.

1-How will you convert the WP-Bakery pages to Thrive, Architect or Elementor, if the WP-Bakery is disabled?
2- Will Thrive Architect/Elementor still work even with the theme/WordPress update? or will theme update reinstall wp-bakery?
3- I Tested the plugin on a mirror (demo) website and Thrive Architect keeps loading when trying to edit the page so it does not load properly. I tried Elementor and Elementor works, if I wanted to keep my current theme can you fix architect issue or do you think Elementor will be the better option since it works now with no adjustments to theme files?
