I am the Patriarch of the Old Catholic Apostolic Church of the Americas, a Catholic Church but not in connection with Rome, who would like to offer online confessions that would be extremely secure. I do not need to collect private information since we will keep it anonymous. Someone should be able to log on anonymously, enter what would look like a confessional and be able to write their confession. A priest would then be notified that a confession is waiting, they would either answer in immediately or when they receive it (perhaps with an email address left by the penitent). Once the priest answers it and presses send, all connections will be deleted. I would like some design for the front page and an estimate of the cost to build this.
