Build a Mobile Traffic Exchange Software like HITLEAP

i am looking for a software that can offer the below;

a) It offers Traffic to a specified link (website, app)

b) Geotargeting - HitLeap delivers traffic from all over the world. You can choose from their selection of countries to receive the geo-targeted traffic.

c) Traffic Source - It allows you to Receive traffic from anywhere. From a website of your choice like google,facebook yahoo etc. It's also possible to gain visitors from a social media website.

d) Bounce rate reduction - They allow you to get website traffic visible to any web analytics service with a significantly lowered bounce rate. It also helps your visit duration to be calculated more accurately.

e) Traffic limits - One can set the daily limit or total limit to have full control over your website traffic

f) I would like it to be able to fake the traffic and act as if it's coming from another site I.e. Facebook or twitter or google

g) - bypass firewalls

h) -run in a sandbox to prevent viruses

Having mentioned the above points. I am looking for all the features mentioned above plus when tracked on any analytics service the traffic source should be from a mobile phone(Mobile Traffic & not Desktop Traffic)

People with BOT experience will be a plus.
