Build a login page

I'm looking for someone to create a database/login page with payment integration, possibly paypal for this initial run. Will need to integrate with a current wordpress site running on oceanwp theme. Would like it to be editable with elementor if possible. The login will be placed in the upper right of the page and will need to allow for two different types of people to login. 1st - Customer A 2nd - Customer B The premise is that both sign in, however Customer A is putting their vehicle info in and is currently renting a parking spot that they are assigned to. Customer B wants to rent the spot that Customer A has. Customer B has to be able to see availability for the parking spot, that Customer A inputs and says when they will not be using the parking spot. Customer B then needs to be able to select the spot, or the time that the parking spot has been made available, and then the ability to rent it for the day. Both will be able to login, one goes to section for Customer A's, and the other login is for Customer B's. The names will change in the future, but for now these names will work. Basic information will be address, name, phone number, as well as vehicle information. Both information will be the same for Customer A and B. Except Customer A will also show the parking spot they are assigned to. Customer A needs to be able to input info into their account, select an availability out of a calendar type input, and Customer B needs to be able to see that Customer A has made the parking spot available, and they need to be able to select it and assign it to themselves for the day. Customer A needs to have an option to sign up for a monthly memebership. Customer B needs to be able to sign in for a monthly membership. Customer B needs to be able to input a payment to rent the parking spot from Customer A. These are the basics for the design, this is a prototype website so the program doesn't have to be perfect, its just to show what the possibilities are for the site.
