Add new function in my PHP website

I have prepared 2 videos for you to understand my needs

1) Add converter to [login to view URL]

Remember to add the percentage % fee and to show the amount before accepting the exchange (result to exchange) they will see it after putting the amount they will Exchange from any of their selected Balance.

2) Make sure after the exchange to create a new Balance if needed, OR if there is a Balance already created with some currency then to add it up to the amount Exchanged, to that existing Balance.

3) To make the new function editable and also easy to handle from the Admin Panel (Exchanges for recods, Exchange Methods to control the exchanger)

Notes:

, there the calculater is working properly.

So in some cases you don't have to rewrite anycode just replacing or editing, using the resoures already mentioned :)

B) Shortly, you have to handle the frontend, backend and database (You will have Hosting Access).

Summary of the PLAN: The whole point is to add the converter (exchanger) and then to connect the exchanger to rest of the website (that is working already) so that the users can exchange their money into another currency or backwards.
