Add a layer of Ethereum Blockchain to existing site/coin

We have built a new communications/social media website and a coin on ECR223, and now need to integrate the website with Ethereum Blockchain so the coin can be spent/traded on our site. We are looking for quotes for this, and an idea of time etc.
Basically, we need a function whereby coins can be allocated to individual users, who can pay and trade on our site, and then these coins can be exchanged into fiat via the gateway of our native token.
