Existing website and software needs some adaptation and implementation of new features. The chosen freelancer would be taken on with a view to doing further projects, and must complete the project, all bugs fixed and working, with all tests (as provided) worked as specified and expected. A consistent house style would be created for all the pages so that there is a good design feel to the project/pages. The attached power point explains more.
