1. You must be able to have access to IRISH IP through VPN otherwise you will not be able to open the website because that website only give access to IRISH IP's you can download a trial VPN here [url removed, login to view] and show your IP as Irish if you dont have a VPN and access to Irish IP.
2. I am looking for someone who is expert in harvesting/collecting data from a website.
The website i will be harvesting data from has a mechanism in place which can detect your Irish ip and if you are sending too many requesting to show Phone numbers on sellers ads it can stop showing you the phone numbers and block you from seeing it for 24 hours you will need to understand this system in place and ensure it will not happen to us.
