I need to create a commercial website out of [login to view URL] . We need to come up with better way of representing the idea of website. This portal is basically a bridge between students and already qualified people in IAS / IPS exams ( entrance exams for indian civil services).
Detailed requirement-
1. Follow the DISPUTO theme with cutomisation-

2. Need to add feature of asking any query. Once user click on ' Ask a Query' button then a new page/pop up should be opened wherein user put his
comment and choose forum cotegory ( dropdown) , click on submit and query should be posted as topic in Forum. Ask a query button should be available at next to search button if possible else any other appropriate place.
3. Register and Sign In function should be workable. Only registered user should be able to ask question.
4. Blog should be rename to 'Knowledge Base' , only admin should be able to create a new blog and anyone should be able to comment on blog.
5. Remove SHOP option to be visible from user but keep the functionality at backend.
6. Forums headline will be decided and provide once design is ready. FAQ and 'knowloedge base' section should be enhanced and presentable.
7. Lift and shift the content from [login to view URL] to www.amu2ias.com.
8. proper KT to be given which enable me to manage website from myself for any enhancement and updation in future.
