Build a simple, minimalist/polished Website with smart algorithm

Hoping to do a very simple, polished, and minimalist website.

Not many pages or sub-pages.

I'm interested in some Envato Themeforest packages.. I could purchase them and you create the website if it makes it easier. For example: [login to view URL]

Before you submit your bid, please understand my requirements and what I need. I care about details, design, smart algorithm, etc.

Whatever tips or advice you have, I would appreciate it

This is not an online shopping website with products and stuff. Not much content will be used.

Basically the idea of the website is a landing page with a blank field where people could paste links of products they want to buy (from other websites, lets say amazon or eBay or any other website), and another drop down list next to it asking him what kind of product it is (ex. desktop, phone, book, beauty, etc.).

After he pastes a link, it would show him his product, and he confirms or declines. Then the website algorithm would equate the product's price from the website plus the shipping price (that we have for that specific category) and plus our commission, and gives him a total amount.

Under the total amount, the website will ask for his personal info (address, name, number, email, etc.).. if he wishes to continue

He would then either pay by visa, cash at one of our offices, or we give him a bank IBAN where he will transfer to. the website will also generate an invoice number (where he could use to track his product). The website will also send him a generated invoice to his email, so he can keep records.

Maybe when he pays that amount, the website will notify me. For each customer the price would always be different. for example even if 2 people bought the same iPhones, one will get $501 maybe and the other $501.26. Just so we can make it easier to track later. or so i know who paid for what

maybe I could have customer sign up / login, or just using his invoice, or his first and last name and he could check all his previous purchases. and track them

The website will be in English and another language. It will have a few pages in total (home, about, contact, my profile, etc.)

You first do the English website, and duplicate it. I will help you in the other language.

It's a really straight forward process and I think it should be easy.

However, I'm a designer myself and I pay attention to details.

I'd like to have smooth interaction, nice movements, attractive design, etc.

Even though it will not require much content anyways.

It will need to load fast and work smoothly on the smartphone.

Please make sure the coding or the website and design you create would be easy to change later, just in case I want to change stuff later or take it to another designer.

This is why I mentioned the themeforest at the beginning, they have great themes and extensions you could start with.
