Iam the master super admin of this webapp
Can provide user panel for login users
users can create their contacts by category(group 1 group 2 all etc)
user can record a voice by dialing a pilot number, and blast it for desired contact group
contact group assigned by dtmf key while recording voice through phone call
similarly user can create and send sms to groups
contact groups contains different categories like staff, students, parents, drivers etc.
