The website to be developed is a social website with polling as its main function. I want to create a website that allows users to sign up and create their profiles like Facebook. After sign up the users will able to conduct polls and vote on polls posted by other users. The website will have the following functionality.
• A user should be able to view, post and vote on polls
• User should be able to follow other users or profiles so that polls posted by them are shown
• User should be shown polls nearby to him or by profiles he follows
• A user should be able to post a poll with few options
• Poll visible to a user should show percentage in its choices once a user has voted
• A Poll should be categorized e.g. It should have some tags to classify it
• A Poll should have location tag for displaying it to nearby users or limiting it
• A user should have the option for limiting the audience of a poll he/she posts e.g. to the following list or location based
In addition to implementing these functionalities, the freelancer must also configure the Azure Hosting for Database and Website as well as the Domain for the website.
