I need someone to develop a mobile application using PhoneGap for iOS and Android, this application would be similar to Zoomato but targeted at a different audience and for a different business. For developmental reasons the only reference you really need is Zoomato.
If you think you can do it give me your best offer explaining why your skills match this particular job and what experience you'd had with PhoneGap in the past as well as how long you think it'll take you. I don't need you to be the most experienced person in the world, especially cause i'm on a very tight budget but i do need you to be totally honest with me as you'll only get paid if the job is done right.
